Dilato was born from personal experience and professional expertise. Our founders, Ellie Hong and Azia To, recognized a gap in comprehensive, accessible care for those struggling with painful sex. Ellie, a pelvic pain coach with over 8 years of clinical practice, had helped thousands of women overcome various pelvic issues. Azia, bringing her own unique expertise to the partnership, shared Ellie's vision for more inclusive and far-reaching support.
